Depending upon a few deciding factors, i.e. Age of Vehicle, Severity of Damage etc, the following steps outline the procedure of repairs for your damaged vehicle.

  1. A trained estimator will examine the damage to your vehicle, take digital images, and determine a cost for the repairs.
  2. A computerized estimate will be created and electronically networked with the images to your insurance company.
  3. Your Ins. Co. will study the estimate, and if the vehicle is deemed economically viable to repair, they will give us the authority to proceed.
  4. Any parts required for the repairs are now ordered.
  5. Our management system will calculate the earliest time your vehicle can be brought in for repairs. You will then be contacted by our scheduling Dept. to arrange a convenient date for the repairs to commence.
  6. Your car is either collected in by us or brought in by yourselves, and a courtesy car is handed over for your use. *
  7. Your car is brought into the bodyshop for repairs to commence.
  8. Once repairs are completed, you will be notified and arrangements made for vehicle handover.
  9. At handover any insurance excesses are collected and we ask you to sign a collection note
  10. Your vehicle is presented to you, completely repaired, and as good as before the accident.

* Please check with your Insurance contract to ascertain whether you are eligible for a courtesy car.
